Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping costs
Subscription orders always ship free.
One-time orders ship for a flat $8.

Processing and delivery times
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) and usually arrive 2 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or missing packages
If your package is lost, or marked delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they ship.

Weather
In freezing weather, bring your package inside promptly. Frozen cans can burst.
